Colorado employers have long complained about the rising cost of health care, but lawmakers, Gov. Bill Ritter and others are examining what to do about it. Those efforts could form the basis of large-scale health care reform in Colorado in the next few years.
Will employers be required to offer insurance? Will everyone have to buy coverage?
