In addition to serving as CEO of AsiaPacific Access, Pollock is a frequent speaker on health care market dynamics, including provider issues. He is on the board of the Denver Health Medical Plan, Colorado Association of Commerce and Industry and chairs its health council. He is also on the boards of the Colorado Workers' Compensation Coalition, the Colorado Visiting Nurse Association and served on the Blue Ribbon Commission for Health Care Reform. Pollock holds a graduate degree in public health from the University of North Carolina.

Prior to joining the Forum, Fletcher spent seven years as the health care and legislative reporter for the Denver Business Journal, where she wrote about insurance, Medicaid, policy issues, providers and the rising cost of health care. Her work earned numerous awards from the Colorado Press Association and the Society of Professional Journalists. A graduate of Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism, Fletcher began her career as a health care reporter for The Gazette in Colorado Springs.
